Collection: Through the Looking Glass
SEASON: FW/23
Description: The TTLG collection features this Blazer, which effectively captures the essence of the contrasts between memory and imagination, evoking a wistful yearning to rediscover the past. A unique and unconventional approach was employed in the garment's creation, utilizing deconstruction techniques and integrating three blazers into a singular and harmonious whole. The addition of blue bias binding conceals imperfections and enhances the sleek, graphic finish of exposed seams. Furthermore, the blue panels on the garment, coming from the cuffs, collar, lapel, and facings of a blue blazer, offer an eye-catching accent, adding depth and dimensionality to the overall design. The Blazer is inside out highlighting the oversized shoulder-pads and half canvas.

Lookbook: Concrete Collection
Looks: 4
Preface: The Concrete Collection breaks the glass ceiling through outspoken femininity in the construction industry. The French "Guêpières", a corset with suspenders, were the main features of this capsule. These "Guepieres" are inspired by construction cranes, mimicking their structure. This photoshoot took place at my Grandfather's pre-cast concrete factory. Spending time on sight, observing the intricate movements of the cranes, guided the initial drapings.

Look: Mon Blazer
Size: Menswear 38
Description: This Jacket is made out of a Monse grey and green wool tartan and is lined with a black cotton-spandex blend. The fabric choice allowed for a sporty feel as both fabrics have a slight give to them. The blazer is paired with a mini skirt to contrast the "boyfriend" fit of the jacket.
Look: Kimetsu no Yaiba Jumpsuit
Size: Menswear 38
Description: This Kimono jumpsuit is made out of a floral cotton brocade and a double-faced Gingham twill. The patterns for this garment were drafted on paper and then sewn into a sample. Once modifications were made the fabric got cut and sewn. The Kimono sleeve has a built-in yoke and a vent at the bottom. The contrasting graphic lines of the fabrics allow the rectangular patch pockets, under-sleeves, and top collar to drive the eye towards the center of the jumpsuit.
Look: CRUEL
Size: Menswear 40
Description: The leather jacket and "Elizabethan" corset were designed off of a second-hand leather jacket and houndstooth fabric scraps. The leather Jacket first got cropped and then the sleeve was detached for drafting the checkers. I used the discarded leather to paint the checkers which are positive (black and white) on one sleeve and negative (white and black) on the other. Once painted each square got cut and glued onto the sleeve panel to then be secured by sewing each square.
